Reservations & Bookings

Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, during peak hours or for groups of five or more, a deposit of HKD 200 per person or a credit card guarantee is required to secure the booking. We highly recommend making a reservation, especially for dinner service and weekends, to guarantee your table. You can book easily through our website or by calling us directly.

Is there a minimum spend?
Yes, there is a minimum spend of HKD 500 per person. This applies even if your group size decreases after booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before your reservation: The deposit is fully refundable or transferable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: The deposit is forfeited, or the credit card on file will be charged.

To accommodate all guests, we enforce a 90-minute seating limit during peak hours. Thank you for understanding.

How can I pay the deposit?
We accept deposits via:

Do you host private events or group bookings?
Yes. For parties larger than six guests, or for exclusive buyouts, please contact our restaurant staff directly to discuss arrangements. Private events are available from 6:00 PM onwards. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs and arrangements for a memorable gathering.

Absolutely. With its intimate setting, chef-driven authentic Italian cuisine, and curated wine list, LucAle is a perfect choice for a romantic date night, anniversary, or special celebration in Hong Kong.

Menu & Signature Dishes

What is LucAle famous for? What are your signature dishes?
We are renowned for our authentic, chef-prepared dishes. Our must-try signatures include the 24-hour slow-cooked beef cheek pasta and our unique Roman-style LucAle tiramisu.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes. We offer a variety of vegetarian dishes, and many of our traditional Italian recipes can be prepared vegan upon request. Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions or preferences when ordering, and we will be happy to guide you.

Do you have a wine list or offer wine pairing?
Yes, we feature a thoughtfully curated list of Italian wines. Our team can recommend the perfect pairing for your meal, from a glass of wine to a full tasting experience.

Can I bring my own wine?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own wine.

  • "Bring One, Buy One" Policy: For every bottle you bring, you must purchase one bottle from our wine list. In return, your corkage fee is waived.

  • Standard Corkage Fee (if not purchasing a bottle): HKD 350 per bottle.

Per-Table Limits:

  • Table of 2: 1 bottle allowed (Additional bottles: HKD 500 each)

  • Table of 4: 2 bottles allowed (Additional bottles: HKD 500 each)

  • Table of 5+: 3 bottles allowed (Additional bottles: HKD 500 each)

Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, you may. A cake fee of HKD 150 per cake applies.

Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we are not currently pet-friendly, with the exception of registered service animals.
