About the role
Seeking reliable, energetic kitchen staff for prep and line support in a fast-paced kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Prep ingredients (cutting, portioning, marinating)

• Assist chefs during service

• Clean, sanitize, and store equipment/utensils

• Maintain kitchen organization and hygiene

• Receive and store deliveries

• Perform general kitchen duties as needed

Requirements

• Kitchen experience helpful but not required

• Work efficiently under pressure

• Team player with good communication

• Time management and attention to detail

• Willing to learn and follow direction

• Able to stand long periods and lift moderate weights
